This course introduces basic concepts in Quantum information system.
Understand the mathematical language describing quantum computation. Learn to develop simple quantum algorithms and their analysis. Gain some basic understanding of qunatum hardware.
Prior knowledge of qunatum mechanics is helpful but not required. Understanding of some basic concepts in Linear Algebra, Probability theory and Theoratical Computer Science is needed. However, we will review some of the preliminary concepts based on the needs of the class.
From time to time I will use different textbooks to prepare lectures. However we will use the following textbook for homework and exams.

1. (Homework 30%): There will be 5-6 homework. These must be done individually.
2. Exam (20% + 25%): There will be a midterm and a final (possibly take-home)
3. Project (25%): Implimenting a quantum algorithm in Qiskit
[Late submissions are not accepted.]
